With WebOffice you extend the WebGIS of Esri with additional configuration options and customized user interfaces (clients). In doing so, you benefit from extended functions that have arisen from many years of project experience with our customers.
One of our biggest advantages is the efficient administration of WebGIS projects in WebOffice author. There you complete numerous workflows without programming knowledge by assistant:
With over 1500 generic parameters you can customize your WebGIS. All WebGIS projects are centrally managed, configurations are stored in XML format and can be used across projects. With staging support, you transfer changes from the development system to a production system (and vice versa).
WebOffice projects can be set up completely multilingual in all details: From the client GUI to the selection text for saved queries to multilingual attribute lists for identify functions.
When logging in, each end user decides in which language WebOffice communicates - including Arabic from left to right. Names are automatically translated into a desired target language using the Microsoft Translator.
Template-based plotting is part of the ArcGIS standard. Based on requirements known from the desktop area, we have extended these functions:

The ability to fine-tune access rights across all levels of detail gives the administrator the necessary control and security. Users can (if allowed) save their own queries/selections across sessions and access them on any computer.
Optionally, you can integrate common repositories such as LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory®, Novell eDirectory® or Sun Directory Server® directly, for example to implement "Single Sign On" procedures.

Existing Esri products are optimally supported, such as by exporting a WebOffice project configuration to an ArcGIS WebMap.
You can easily change documents (reports, logs, photos,...) in your structure, WebOffice automatically adapts these changes in the geo databases. This means that current documents are always available in both WebGIS and ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro. Erroneous and deviating path references are thus a thing of the past.
