Providing geodata in a flexible WebGIS

View and edit your geodata in an easy-to-use WebGIS user interface via Internet browser. You offer selected data records to the public as a citizen service.

Enable collaboration

In official structures, different departments work with subject-specific and generally used geodata. You must manage this data centrally, make it available to authorized internal users and meet all legal requirements.

Use and extend Esri ArcGIS

Esri ArcGIS provides GIS technology from the world market leader. With WebOffice you can continue to use and expand your existing Esri infrastructure. Technically, WebOffice is a server object extension for ArcGIS Server.

Create and maintain internal plans within the authorities

  • Central administration of city/maps and aerial photos
  • Save and edit sectoral plans/special plans in a database (e.g.: zoning, building development, real estate, traffic data, winter services, pipeline cadastre, tree cadastre, cleaning, school blasting, monument protection,...)

  • Use available maps (e.g.: WM(T)S, WFS, OSM®, BING)

Offer GIS basic services and maps to other users as an information system

  • View, query and evaluate data based on maps

Use advanced printing functions

  • Serial printing: Distribute map sections over several pages on the same scale
  • Index printing: Print linear elements on the same scale over several pages

Create high-quality reports

  • Assign actions to predefined reports
  • Adapt object labels with multiline free labeling to the respective question

Integrate third-party systems

  • Connect to own or third-party software via API interface (e.g. reporting software, building and object databases)
